What kind of work will I do as a junior associate?

Real work, from day one. The caseload includes complex commercial disputes, international arbitrations, OFAC sanctions proceedings, anti-terrorism litigation, judgment enforcement, securities matters, and representations of sovereign nations in federal court. Every assignment is connected to a real case outcome.

Do associates appear in court?

Associates argue motions, attend hearings, and take an active role in trial preparation on matters they have worked from the beginning. The courtroom is not a distant milestone here. It is part of the practice.

How does mentorship work at the firm?

Partners work directly alongside junior attorneys on every matter, providing real-time feedback and trusting associates with meaningful responsibility from the start. Development happens by practicing alongside experienced lawyers, not by watching them.

Does the firm handle international matters?
