Seiden Law LLP partner and head of litigation Amiad Kushner will be speaking on the “China: Litigation, Arbitration & IP Protection” panel at the Practising Law Institute’s Doing Business In and With China 2024 webcast on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.

 The panelists will discuss best practices in cross-border dispute resolution and IP protection in cases involving Chinese parties. Amiad, who speaks Chinese and has extensive experience litigating claims involving China-based parties will be joined on the panel by Xuanzhong Wang of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and Yan Zhang of Sidley Austin LLP.
