Seiden Law LLP is pleased to announce that MarcAnthony Bonanno and Flora Fei have joined the firm’s New York litigation group. Their experience will strengthen Seiden Law’s capabilities in litigation, arbitration, and trial matters.
MarcAnthony Bonanno received his Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law, cum laude. He focuses on cross-border commercial litigation and arbitration where he represents public and private companies in international arbitration, securities, and high-stake complex corporate litigation. Bonanno has substantial experience litigating a variety of business and corporate disputes including matters involving shareholder disputes, derivative claims, distressed debt, breach of contract, fraud, RICO, and unfair and deceptive trade practices. Prior to joining Seiden Law, Bonanno worked as associate at McCarter & English, LLP.
Flora Fei earned her Juris Doctor from the New York University School of Law, where she was an editor on the Journal of International Law and Politics. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University and was awarded the Robert Tucker Prize for the Most Distinguished Senior Thesis in International Studies. Before joining the firm, Fei served as a law clerk to Judge Nelson S. Román of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and worked as associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
