Robert Seiden was appointed Receiver over Advanced Battery Technologies, Inc. by the Delaware Chancery Court in 2015. ABAT was delisted from the NASDAQ in 2012 after evidence surfaced of misstated financials and the chairman stopped filing with the SEC.
