Our Representative Case Work Includes:

• Seiden Law successfully argued an appeal on behalf of a corporate client seeking to quash pre-action discovery to obtain confidential banking information. The decision was appealed to the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division, First Department and was successfully upheld after a full briefing and oral argument before the full appeals court.
• Seiden Law won a Ninth Circuit appeal involving a California anti-SLAPP statute applicability in certain circumstances in a long-fought defamation case.
