Thomas Mott is Counsel at Seiden Law, where his practice focuses on complex commercial and financial-services litigation. Mott has handled contract disputes, shareholder and activist-investor matters, fiduciary-duty claims, bankruptcy, complex financial products, and securities litigation. He helped quash subpoenas and asset-freeze orders in a $1.8 billion judgment-enforcement action and represented objecting parties to more than $20 billion in claims in the Puerto Rico municipal bankruptcy.
