Michael serves as Head of Trial Practice at Seiden Law LLP, where he leads high-stakes commercial litigation and trial strategy in complex disputes in New York and across the United States. A seasoned first-chair trial lawyer, he has tried numerous cases and argued appeals in courts and arbitrations involving seven-, eight-, and nine-figure claims.

Michael is frequently retained to assume control of matters approaching trial, particularly where prior counsel requires strategic trial repositioning or enhanced courtroom execution. His practice spans complex commercial disputes, fraud claims, partnership conflicts, judgment enforcement, and other business-critical litigation for companies, financial stakeholders, and high-net-worth individuals.

Before joining Seiden Law, Michael was a litigation partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. He is a graduate of Princeton University and Columbia Law School and has been admitted to practice in New York since 1994.
