Andrew Abramowitz is a corporate and securities attorney with 25 plus years’ experience. Andrew was previously a partner/shareholder at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP and Greenberg Traurig LLP and was an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Andrew covers a wide range of corporate, securities and transactional areas, including private and public securities offerings, SEC compliance, mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate and commercial contract matters.
Andrew works closely with many of Seiden Law’s corporate clients (large and small) in all aspects of corporate formation, M&A transactions and negotiations.
Andrew received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and an A.B. from Brown University.
