Seiden Law offers crucial opportunities for undergraduate and law school students looking to gain actual legal experience in high-stakes litigation, economic sanctions, cross-border disputes and transactions, and arbitration matters at a NYC firm with global reach and clientele. Additionally, unlike most law firms, Seiden Law conducts Spring and Winter Programs in addition to its Summer Program for law students to understand life as an associate at the firm all seasons of the year.
As we value motivated individuals who don’t take “no” as an answer, unlike other firms where interns are often pigeonholed into menial tasks, our summer and winter associates will receive trust and responsibility to complete significant assignments after proper training.

Working at Seiden Law has been truly a transformative experience for me as a student with a variety of interests and wishing to go into the legal field in the future. The community is extremely tight-knit and supportive and genuinely wants to help you learn and grow. As interns we were able to talk to clients, sit on depositions, and really learn the ins and outs of a boutique firm. As a summer analyst, I was able to work with large data sets to help support the firm in their business development as well as assist attorneys in prepping for their cases. Being in New York and in a corporate setting can feel daunting but everyone at Seiden remained committed to creating a high-energy and enthusiastic culture that made it easy to feel at home.
