Seiden律师事务所起诉Guardian人寿保险公司,指控其盗用商业秘密并试图摧毁其前顶尖员工的业务
Seiden Law has filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York against insurance giant Guardian and its wholly-owned subsidiary Park Avenue Securities on behalf of two former employees and their companies, Flo Free and Currence.
The complaint alleges that Defendants exploited and stole highly specialized and valuable technology from Plaintiffs to develop an unfairly competitive software platform of their own. Defendants are further alleged to have caused immense economic and reputational damage to Plaintiffs through a deliberate campaign to disrupt and ruin their business. Plaintiffs seek damages to hold Guardian accountable for misappropriating their highly confidential trade secrets, breaching confidentiality agreements, interfering with Plaintiffs’ business, and withholding commissions.
The Seiden Law team on this matter includes partners 迈克尔·斯托尔珀 and 艾米亚德·库什纳, counsel 托马斯·莫特, associates 莱克斯·贝尔德 and 艾萨克·比尔斯, and paralegal 克劳迪娅·瓦纳. A copy of the Complaint is available here.
