Seiden Law triumphs in long-standing battle against hedge fund

Seiden Law won a partial victory in the long-standing battle against a major New York hedge fund last week. The counter claims against the clients were thrown out by the jury after a three-week intense trial in Manhattan States supreme court. Veteran lawyers Mike Stolper, Dave Greenberger, and Jen Blecher, assisted by associate Прия Лехал and paralegals Claudia Varner and Lily Dempsey, challenged an underlying breach of oral employment agreement between the fund Touradji Capital and its former fund managers.

The case will be re-tried in the future as the six person jury hung 4-2 in favor of our client the two former employees Rob Vollero and Gentry Beach.
