Lex Baird is an Associate at Seiden Law who focuses on complex commercial litigation, judgment enforcement, and investigations. He has drafted complaints, motion papers, and discovery demands that have drawn favorable rulings, presented winning oral argument on a motion to compel the production of financial information in a multi-million dollar fraud action, and traced tens of millions of dollars in assets across state lines and international borders in judgment-enforcement matters.

A cum laude graduate of the American University Washington College of Law, Baird served as a student-attorney in one of the country’s top legal clinics. His interests include technology, intellectual property, investigations, and the arts.
