Second Circuit Rules for Seiden Law in Pro Bono Basquiat Appeal

On December 19, 2024, in a case regarding the disputed ownership of a drawing by renowned American artist Jean-Michel Basquiat, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit reversed the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York’s dismissals of our client’s claims for conversion and declaratory judgment.
