Seiden Law Welcomes Vladislav (Vlad) Sirota as Of Counsel

Seiden Law, LLP announced today that Vladislav (Vlad) Sirota, a highly experienced and successful immigration lawyer, has joined the Firm as Of Counsel.

Sirota is the founding member and managing partner of Sirota and Associates, P.C., a role he continues alongside his new position at Seiden Law. Over his 25-year career, he has advised individuals, families, professionals, and businesses on complex immigration matters, pairing detailed knowledge of U.S. immigration law with a practical, results-oriented approach.

“Our government regulatory group has grown tremendously in the past several years, and the need for immigration law expertise has become exceedingly necessary to help our global roster of clients and their families. Vlad’s expertise, contacts, creativity, and user-friendly style merge well with Seiden Law, and I believe our clients will benefit from this growing practice area,” said Robert Seiden.

At Seiden Law, Sirota’s practice will encompass employment-based and family-based immigration, nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, adjustment of status, naturalization, and complex cases requiring careful legal analysis and strategic planning. He works closely with clients to develop tailored immigration strategies and navigate the U.S. immigration system.

Beyond his practice, Sirota hosts a radio program addressing a range of immigration topics and has built a reputation among peers and clients alike: he is a Martindale-Hubbell Platinum Champion (2021–2025), a Lawyers of Distinction honoree (2025–2026), and a Who’s Who member. He is active in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association.

“Seiden Law’s global reputation as a problem solver and relentless fighter for their clients attracted me to their firm, and I look forward to continuing to support their clients,” said Sirota.

Sirota is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, New York State Courts, Georgia State Courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First, Second, and Tenth Circuits. He holds a J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law and a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from Georgia State University.
