Priya Lehal is a Senior Associate at Seiden Law who represents companies, executives, and stakeholders in complex commercial litigation and international arbitration, with particular focus on cross-border disputes. She has contributed to high-value matters including a $40 million-plus employment-contract dispute and a $40 million-plus breach-of-contract action, and has defended law firms in litigation and arbitration across multiple jurisdictions.

Before joining the firm, she practiced at law firms in the United Kingdom and Canada and worked with NGOs on strategic human-rights litigation, experience that informs her work in international and comparative frameworks.

She remains committed to significant pro bono work, including a prisoners’-rights action in the Southern District of New York and an individual communication to the UN Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women.

  • Prisoners’ Rights (Pro Bono). Manages a federal civil-rights action in the Southern District of New York involving prisoners’ rights.
  • CEDAW (Pro Bono). Prepared an individual communication to the UN Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women addressing reproductive rights and gender-based violence.
