The counter claims against the clients were thrown out by the jury after a three-week intense trial in Manhattan States supreme court. Veteran lawyers <a href=\"\/zh\/%e5%be%8b%e5%b8%88\/stolper-michael-t-esq\/\">Mike Stolper<\/a>, Dave Greenberger, and\u00a0<a href=\"\/zh\/%e5%be%8b%e5%b8%88\/blecher-jennifer-h\/\">Jen Blecher<\/a>, assisted by associate\u00a0<a href=\"\/zh\/%e5%be%8b%e5%b8%88\/lehal-priya-k-esq\/\">\u666e\u91cc\u4e9a\u00b7\u83b1\u54c8\u5c14<\/a> and paralegals <a href=\"\/zh\/lily-dempsey\/\">Claudia Varner and Lily Dempsey<\/a>, challenged an underlying breach of oral employment agreement between the fund Touradji Capital and its former fund managers.<\/p>\n<p>The case will be re-tried in the future as the six person jury hung 4-2 in favor of our client the two former employees Rob Vollero and Gentry Beach.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seiden Law won a partial victory in the long-standing battle against a major New York hedge fund last week.
